I did a test video with the iPT newest version. The video was poor, I noticed some smudges on the lens. Used a soft cloth to clean.

Q. Whats the best way to clean the lens? Maybe a QTip with warm soapy water?

Q. Is the iPT and iPhone 4 /4s the same video camera?

No chemicals at all...ever. A pack of high quality micro-fibre cloths are all i've ever used on all my stuff. If you get stubborn marks, just dampen the cloth a little with ordinary water.

Thanks for the cleaning tips!

I just saw a video that compared the two camera. it looks like they are pretty much the same.

+1 for Macman45.

I only use high performance cloth (micro-fiber) to clean my iPod.

(usually after playing veggie samurai and fruit ninja coz i put loose powder on my screen... squeeky-clean screen is not good for such games... lol)
