Camera Roll / Albums - Change View?

Is there a way to force the iPhone Camera Roll or Albums to show me the most recent photo first?

I sync my camera roll once a week, and have a smart folder for all photos taken on the iPhone.

It can get a bit tedious to flick through hundreds of photos to get to a recent one.

Anyone got any ideas?
