camera roll -> photo stream

Is there a way to choose a single photo from camera roll and send it to photo stream?

I know that automatically all camera roll photos go to photo stream (with icloud enabled) but is there a way to choose specific photos?

No. It does it automatically; there's no way to select a photo and send it to Photo Stream. You can, though, do it from iPhoto on your Mac if you have the newest version of iPhoto, by clicking on the image and clicking the 'Forward' button at the bottom-right and choosing Photo Stream.
