Camera roll photos mismatch

I've got 4 photos in my camera roll. (Just upgraded to 6.1 and jail broken). If I go to settings-> general -> about it says I have 11. Photo stream is turned off. Are these deleted photos or maybe photos I downloaded from emails? Anyone have this issue, though its not much of an issue, I just can't figure it out

I was wondering about something similar last week. I cleaned off my phone. Had 7 photos. The phone thinks it has 7 photos. But it (General -> Usage) is telling me that I have 188MB of photos!

I'm assuming that space is getting eating by pictures in text messages, but wasn't sure. Any other places that I should check?
