I'm not sure if this is a iPhone Camera Roll problem, or Photos, or a combination of the two.
When I connect my phone to my Mac Photos is not giving me the option to remove already imported photos from Camera Roll like iPhoto used to do. The photos have been imported using Photo Stream. I do not use iCloud Photo Library.
So when I connect my phone is shows me "Already Imported" photos. There is a check box at the top that says Delete Items After Import. If I check it, it does nothing. The only way to clear my Camera Roll using this option is to reimport the photos. Then I get duplicates in my library, but they're off my Camera Roll. I liked how every time I connected it using iPhoto it was smart enough to say "Hey, these are already on here, just click this button and we'll remove them from your camera roll for you."

Am I missing something? This is driving me nuts. Apple has really dropped the ball with photo management. It sure doesn't "just work" anymore.
