Camera Roll & Visual Voicemail problems

When I tap the visual voicemail button, it simply calls my voicemail to retrieve the messages. How do I get visual voicemail?

And I've also noticed that sometimes when I take a photo/video and delete it, it will show an odd black space where the photo used to be. I also synced some photos from my Mac and removed them, and the album was still present but blacked out where the photos originally were. Has anyone had this problem? Id also like to note that my phone was not restored from a backup.

I've had both of these issues occur...with the VM problem, shortly after I was prompted to enter my PIN and I never had the problem again...
With the camera roll "black" spaces where I deleted a photo, I restarted the phone and i haven't had the problem again...yet...

I get this camera roll problem every time I delete pictures off it. Not to fussed as if I close it and re-open it will go away it's just more of an inconvenience.

Not had the VM issue though.
