Camera Roll vs Photos in iTunes Size Difference

OK, so my iPhone won't back up to iCloud anymore because apparently my camera roll is over 4GB.

But when I check my in iTunes, my photos are listed as only being about 1GB.

I deleted and saved any videos to my computer, but the Camera Roll still has not dropped.

Any idea what is going on here?
