Camera setting for most stabilized videos?

I've got the 6s plus.

Which is the best setting for stabilized videos?
I heard 4K only uses the optical stabilization and not the digital one. Is the combination used for the other two?

1080p 30fps
1080p 60fps
4K 30fps
