Camera situation

I just noticed this last night in some pictures that I took with my iPhone 5. There are 4 dots or IMO what looks like pen marks which obviously it can't be seeing they would wipe right off. I took a picture of my white work desk so you can see what I am talking about



Any ideas?

Yes, if you can reproduce it - in other words, if it's consistent - it should be covered under the first year warranty. It's not user-fixable. Contact Apple.

It's consistent, they are not moving. I've cleaned the lens over and over and they are not moving.

Just got back from the Genius Bar, they replaced my device.
