Cameral Roll Different In Photos and Camera

Can someone confirm I am not nuts?

If I go to the Camera Roll via the thumbnail icon in the Camera App, at the top, I see a bar where I can select All, Photos or Videos.

But if I go to the Camera Roll via the Photos App, that bar does not appear.

Am I nuts, or is it really like this?
 
nope your not going nuts, it is different.

Couldn't figure it out earlier myself but it makes sense now. :rolleyes:
