Camera's Shutter's stay closed.

I recently purchased an iPhone 3G off of craigslist and everything is perfect besides the camera. When I open the camera app the shutter stays closed. I've tried everything from reseting to restoring but nothing seems to be working.
Also after checking the serial number the phone is still under warranty, what do i do?

i would suggest taking it in to your local apple store and see what they can do.

Oh and can you check something.Take a flashlight and look in the headphone jack. Is the little thing at the bottom red or white?

Its white, also I'll be going to an apple store today maybe to see what I can do.
