well o2 have it over here in the UK since they had the iPhone on exclusivity at the start, its just not on the other networks here since o2 lost exclusivity.... when AT&T lose exclusivity, it would be interesting to see if the other networks in the US have Visual Voicemail or not, until then, you have no comparison there....

I am using Hullomail on Three.

I don't really like the Hullomail icon. But apart from that it seems as good as Visual Voicemail.

I do find it a bit odd that none of the UK carriers apart from O2 are using Visual Voicemail…it almost makes me wonder whether despite O2's exclusivity ending they might still have exclusivity on Visual Voicemail for a while.

There is no exclusivity on visual voicemail. The networks just need to upgrade their infrastructure to support it.

AT&T's visual voicemail is down for most people now anyway, so they don't have it

I use HulloMail since jumping ship to vodafone, and it's great! I especially like how I can set it up to email me the voicemails... Useful when abroad!

The fact it notifies you when someone rang but your phone was unreachable is great too.

That said, I do think voda should stop being cheap bastards and support the option natively too!

it pisses me off that its a feature for the iphone yet only O2 offer it and none of the other networks in the UK do it.
