Camtasia equivalent with clip speed options?

Is there any screen grab program out there that is an equivalent to Camtasia, and has Camtasia's nifty option to change the speed of a clip? Meaning after you record, you can speed it up or slow it down by %.

So far it looks like the big ones, Snapz Pro and iShowU don't have this option.

Anyone know of others that do?
