Can’t Extract RAR archive

Trying to extract RAR archive and when it reach 76%, occurs an error. Archive is corrupted. Tried to repair it with RAR . Now it stops on 80% with the same error. Maybe there is some different ways to repair this archive?
Archive is not so big it’s about 2.6 gb. But it includes a lot of stuff from my old PC. There are my old work files and so on. So I need your help. There are some files really necessary for me.

Ocassionally I'll find an archive that the Mac's native expander won't open, but RAR Expander will: http://sourceforge.net/projects/rarexpander/postdownload?source=dlp
