Can 1 copy of lion be authorised for two appstore/itunes accounts

Hi,

I just wanted to ask before i tried this.

I have a mac and I have my own app store/itunes account, and so does my wife. We're looking to upgrade to lion via the app store.

If I buy a copy of lion with my itunes/app store account on my mac, can that copy of lion be authorised to install on my wifes' mac. In a similar way to how the "Authorise This Computer" function works in itunes?

And could I run in to any problems due to the licence being tied to my itunes account and my wife being signed in to hers by default.
