It can with the same sort of USB adapters and other solutions that you could use with the previous MBPs, nothing different there.

It could theoretically run two monitors off of the Thunderbolt port, but nobody makes a thunderbolt compatible monitor yet.
 
Once we get Thunderbolt compatible displays, i.e. ones that have a second port for daisy-chaining, then yes, they are at least theoretically capable of that. We won't know until someone comes out with a monitor that can do that whether it will be easy or if the graphics card can handle it, but I suspect it will be ok.

thanks guys.. bit dissapointed but hopefully capability might be there due to thunderbolt port.. Although I rather much keep my monitors and have apple built a adapter to run 2 monitors.. :-(
