Can 2020 13" MBP run Mac Mojave?

Can Mac OS be downgraded on the new 2020 13" MBP? Catalina is total garbage when it dropped 32-bit support as it has introduced too many compatibility issues.

In 2020, Mac OS X "just doesn't work".

Apple does not support and OS lower than Catalina for the new 2020 13" MBP, so no Mojave can not be used. I have read there is some possibility of using Mojave in VM, but I have no experience.

No, the only way to run Mojave would be in a virtual machine.
