I feel like a dunce, what am I missing?

I bought a 30-min kid's video from the iTunes Store. It shows as a 'Protected MPEG-4' file, and plays fine in iTunes. But I can't get it to sync to my 4G nano. Other MPEG-4 movies sync and play fine.

Is there a setting I'm missing, or is this a restriction? Thanks!

I have a 16GB 'skinny' (4G). Do I need to 'authorize' my ipod to my itunes?

Bump

Anyone have an idea why I can't copy a video purchased using iTunes to my 4G nano? Thanks!

Please don't bump your post. However...

That is very odd. So just to check. Does other purchased content (e.g. music) work on the nano? Does other non-purchased video work?
