Hi.
I own a 7th gen ipod nano, and I love to run outside..I would like this device to help me be a faster runner. I think I could achieve this goal if my nano made it possible for a voice to tell me my progress every 7 minutes and 30 seconds and then after a few days I would like it to be every 7 minutes and so on. .. Is that possible? it seems that they only tell me my progress every 5 minutes and there isn't any other option. . Please help me.

Thank you.

Because if I don't know my time, I'm not going to try my best... but if I have a voice telling me something like "In 30 seconds your time will be 7 minutes" then I would try to run as fast as possible during those last 30 seconds in order to run my mile in 7 minutes. I know I could push a button and my Ipod would tell me my current distance and time but I don't want to push such button because the device could shut down if I do. That's why I need a voice telling me my progress every 7 minutes.. is that possible?
