Will this cable: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/portable-usb-cables/cp-cc100 provide enough power to charge a 12" MacBook? It's rated for 3.0A and has USB-IF certification. I'm still confused by the intricacies of USB-C, I know that power bricks should have appropriate wattage and the PD protocol, but what is the rule of thumb for cables?
