Can a base model 2020 MBA drive a single 4k monitor?

I just ordered a new 2020 MBA that I'm hoping to use for internet browsing/excel and some light web development/youtube. Assuming I dont have many apps open at once, will this laptop be able to handle all of that at 4k?
