All Devices Can a Nanoleaf Remote trigger a shortcut?

Is there anyone with a Nanoleaf Remote who can check and confirm if it can be used to trigger a shortcut in iOS 13.1? It’d be perfect for starting different Toggl timers, so I’ll be buying one immediately if so!
