If one is using a Studio Display for one's Mac, is there a way to also use it as a monitor for an iPad Pro running Stage Manager without unplugging the Mac and plugging in the iPad Pro? IOW, is it smart enough to be able to switch inputs somehow?

If not, is there a switch for that?

In my house we have an iPP user would would want to use the iPP apps in the main, and the other user prefers using the Mac with the iPP in Sidecar mode as the second display.

The studio display itself only allows you to display one input at the time, and I am not aware of a switch or short key to switch between them. You can control the stage manager on your iPad with universal control (or expand your Mac stage manager with sidecar), but you won’t be able to expand the iPad’s display on your monitor without disconnecting the Mac from the studio display
