Can albums be nested in iPhoto?

Is there a way to put one album into another so that the pictures in that included album can be identified separately? Is there another way to section off pictures relating to different topics in a particular album? For example: House Stuff is the "main" album; inside House Stuff would be several sub-albums, like one with pix of the outside and another with pix of the inside and a third with pix of the appliances?

Could you just create a folder? the drag each album into the folder?

Thanks, I think that that works. I wasn't even aware that folders were a part of the iPhoto file hierarchy.
