So it's taken me a day to get through to installing Windows 8.1 on my newly partitioned drive.

I managed to sort out the partition so that it's happy to install Windows, but have just come across another hurdle (hopefully the last one) - so if anyone can help it would be GREATLY appreciated.

I keep getting this error message just as the install process is about to kick in...

"Partition is formatted as NTFS. Format the EFI system partition as FAT32 and restart the installation"

ANY quick, and painless ideas??

EFI Boot

Hey,

when you're starting up your Mac with the Alt Key, do you use the standard Windows DVD option or the EFI Boot option? For me, the EFI worked wonderfully (MBP 13 2014).

Cheers!
