Can an app download get stuck in queue? ...

A while back I had the "Jaws Revenge" game on my phone, deleted it soon after. Ever since then, every so often, I get this message from the app store on my iPhone 4S, even though I'm not attempting to download it.

It almost seems like there's a download queue somewhere and this app and maybe others are stuck in it?

Any idea how to clear this up? Any here every run into this before?

Yup, exact same thing happens to me, except it says "iBooks and 1 other item could not be purchased at this time...".

It doesn't happen often, an only when I try to download a new app from the AppStore (but not every time). I've just been clicking "OK", then it continues to download the app I selected.

Certainly a bug somewhere.
