Wasn't sure where to post this, so I hope this is the right place...

My iBook fell on the floor other day (someone's foot got caught in my non-mag-safe cord). Thankfully, i was using it on a low coffee table so it only dropped about a foot or so. Anyway, the internal contents of the iBook all seem to be fine. The only thing that appears to be broken is the latch that keeps the computer closed when it's not on. Does anybody know if this a problem that an Apple Store genius could fix or do they deal only with internal hardware and software problems?

I just got off the phone with Apple, because my Macbook Pro's latch wouldn't push in, so I could close the computer, but not open it... he said to fix it, I'd have to send it in. I don't know if the iBooks are any different, but if they aren't, it's a trip to the Apple Service Facility.
