Can an iPhone 4 camera be hacked?

I'm wondering because i'm afraid of someone who has shown signs of stalking having done this to me.

Is it possible for someone to maliciously view you through your iPhone 4's front camera?
Is there any software which allows this to be possible?
Is there any kind of hack which allows this to be possible?
