Can an iPhone 6s fit in an iPhone 7 case?

I know the reverse does not fit (an iPhone 7 in an iPhone 6/6s case), but will an iPhone 6s fit in the newer iPhone 7 case? Thanks!

I owned the 4.7 iPhone 6 and 4.7 iPhone 7. Yes, it will fit. But you should know the power/volume buttons protrude somewhat more with the added seals inside and obviously the camera somewhat differ, being its aligned slightly different.
