Probably a dumb question, but I have to ask- is Mac OSX at the point with Mojave where anyone can login with their iCloud account and use any Mac like it is their own? Or do you still have to enable each iCloud account in settings?

You still have to add the account.

Can you imagine how cool it would be if you could setup a machine to accept any iCloud account login, and your account transferred to that machine for when you were logged in? Effectively making the machine a terminal anywhere in the world?
