Can any windows program b installed?

When you have a mac with windows can any pc program be installed?
 
When you are booted into Windows via BootCamp it's just another Windows PC. If you are using Windows under Parallels or VMWare Fusion some software may fail to run due to the levels of hardware 3D acceleration available.
