Hi, for some onknown reason, all my icons became semi transparent. Both in the desktop and in the finder. However, in the dock it's still okay.

I attached a screen capture.

I'd appriciate the help.

Thanks!

I'd try restarting Finder. Do this by pressing alt+comm+esc, choose finder, and press relaunch.

I'd be more worried about your mouse cursor... it looks like it's not feeling too well...
Yeah. Wow. It looks kinda greenish... I hope relaunching Finder fixes this all..

It looks as though you've enabled showing all (ie hidden and system) files in Finder. Is this intentional, or what...?

You can hide those again by using something like TinkerTool or just the Terminal command:

defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles NO

Yep...that's what my files look like when I have hidden files visible. But my mouse pointer doesn't look like that...

Mitthrawnuruodo, that did the trick, thanks alot for all the help!

WildCowboy, the mouse is like that because of the screenshot plus widget i was using. it's very good, you should try it.

Thanks,

Oded S.

I'm surprised no one has pointed out that most of the files are piracy related. Usually happens within 3 posts. Hmm...

Well, the (non-hidden) files on the OP's desktop didn't really have any relevance to the question asked, so what's the point? It's really not any of my business...

What were we thinking?

*ahem*

odedia, you're a very bad... bad... bad person. You stop downloading that copywritten content this instant! So there's more bandwidth for the rest of us! :p
