Depends what store you're talking about. Some, yes. Most no

BTO are never sold in stores. They usually over 3 different configs. A base config, a mid range, and an ultimate. Typically the first 2 have the lowest ram and the 3rd option will have the largest SSD and RAM combo...along with processor.
