Can anyone confirm T-Mobile 5s from Apple store works with AT&T sim

Just wanted to see if anyone can confirm that the full price 5s from the Apple store T-Mobile phone is in fact "unlocked". Has anyone purchased the T-Mobile, unlocked phone and tried it with AT&T sim to see if it receives AT&T LTE and GSM?
