Back in the iOS 9 beta days, I reported the problem of laggy and jittery scrolling when choosing a still wallpaper (not Dynamic), with frames being skipped. However, out of the blue, I received this message in Feedback Assistant today:
"Engineering has implemented changes that are supposed to fix the problem you reported. These changes are in the latest version of the software available to you, iOS 10.0.2 14A456 or later."
I don't use a iOS 10 phone personally, but has anyone seen this bug been fixed yet? Can't believe scrolling through wallpapers would even be stuttery in the first place.
