I get "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable" when I try to goto http://www.amazon.com

Trying to figure out of it's a me thing or a bigger problem that I don't have to worry about.

Works fine for me.
Really? Are you sure it's not a cached copy?

I'm getting it too. Bet it looks like a swarm of ants over there!

Anyone care to chime in on how much money they're losing by the second?

hmmm.Maybe it was a cached copy because it's showing Http/1.1 Service Unavailable now.

I can see the tech guys there sweating.:D

Back up now

With WWDC coming up in a few days, there's just got to be some correlation. First .Mac email goes down, now Amazon? ;)

I am getting in ok.... I cleared out my cache so I know it is a clean version. It is asking me to sign in etc........ Although it took a while for it to come up. Much longer then normal.

didn't work the first time. Worked 2 minutes later. Good thing too, because I was getting ready to invest in 300 cans of spam and a bomb shelter.

EDIT: Now I can still get there, but can't search for anything

They've been up and down for me today too...

I'd much rather see this happen to eBay than Amazon.
