Hello,

I am looking to sell my PC for an apple G5. I have some questions though. If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.:)

01.Is it better to buy a computer using Apple's Loan System or just taking a loan straight out from the bank?

02.What is the cheapest way to get RAM? I want to same quality of RAM that apple is using, but really wish I didn't pay so much to have it. Is there a cheaper alternative?

03.Does anyone know when Panther is shipping?

Thx !

Crucial.com always has good memory prices when I need some, check there.

01. If you can get a bank loan it would be a much better idea. The absolute lowest possible interest rate on the Apple Loan is 9.9%, still very high. I have excellent credit and I wound up paying 14%!

02. I've always had great luck and pricing with http://www.18004memory.com

03. Panther should be shipping before New Years Day, 2004. That's about all we know at this point. I'm expecting to see it around the holdiays. Just a guess.
