So I want to put two picture together. There's these apps called PicTwo 2$ an PicBoost 2$. I DON'T want to buy an app. Anyone know of any free app similar to those 2 apps I mentions in the second sentence? PLEASE RESPOND IF YOU KNOW OF ANY!

Diptic apparently does that and is free for the time being (was just checking AppAdvice and remembered this topic).

Seem to be the only recommended free apps.
The best ones are commercial and these free apps are outdated and they just give you some "bundled" effect to apply the blending by, not really give you a chance at customizing the effect.
Have you tried Pixlr O Matic? I am not sure if it is the app that you are looking for. I have heard that it's one cool app. People use it to edit their pictures before posting them to Instagram and the like. Good luck and hope you'd find the exact app for what you need.
