Can anyone please help me with my Mail issue?

All help gratefully received. :)

Just upgraded to iCloud. I'm totally new to this.

Now when I open mail on my mac I get this:

How can I get my .Me mail address working again properly?
It looks like it's changed the Incoming Mail Server....but I am unable to change it in preferences.
