Can anyone recommend a Final Cut Express Training Tool?

I need to learn Final Cut Express, and fast. I shoot weddings and usually we give the footage to a guy who does it really well.

He is backed up with weddings and I need to start editing. I am proficient in iMovie, but I need to learn Final Cut's multiple video tracks.

I don't need anything special, like color correction-- Only sync up multiple cameras and cut back and forth. It's straight-forward.

Can anyone recommend training tools, like a video or something where I would buy it and learn quickly? Thanks
