Can anyone recommend a good freeware download manager?

I'm mainly looking for something that can pause/resume megaupload or rapidshare files or at least can control the rate of each simultaneous download.

Downthemall for Firefox is pretty good. It's worth looking into. I use it on a regular basis.

Is there a way to configure it to download from megaupload.com or rapidshare.com?

Ideally I would like to be able to pause/resume downloads from the above.
