Need a relatively inexpensive HD cam (around $2K) for low-budget shoots and can also be used to film my one year old. I thought the JVC GZ-HD7 would solve it but that didn't work out. I think I'm going to settle for the Sony HVR-A1U but I'm wondering if anyone has any better suggestions or know of an upcoming camcorder I should wait for. Thanks!
