I'm not sure what your question is, but as you select the various options from the drop down list, you get the various printer settings displayed for you to set up the way you want. Have a play around with the settings and I think you'll soon get the idea. I think a tabbed list layout would be better, but that's the way it is right now.

I assume the OP means, why are those choices struckthrough?

Can you select them?
