can anyone tell me what this means?

I was repairing permissions and I keep getting this. I have no idea what it is and was hoping that some one could clue me in. I've never seen it before.

I recently created a thread asking the same question. The answer? We both suck at being message board users. If you enter that thing in a search of this forum, hundreds of other newbs have also posted asking about it. The consensus is not to worry about it, it wont affect your computer's performance.
