Now the owner replaced it for another one, but wouldn't a restore solve this issue(he said he did it 3x, but could he have restored it improperly?)? Or is this is a hardware issue?
I ask because I can't restore (due to keeping my 4.01 jb, and no shsh blobs), and imo my iphone 4 has been acting slow/sluggish lately, and i've cleared cache in safari and other little fixes like turning off spotlight.
