Can Apple Cancel my order?

I pre-ordered my phone and it delivers the 21st only my AT&T account will be past due on the 21st. Can apple cancel my order once it is shipped? Mine is still in processing .___.

Expecting someone to live up to their financial obligations,
Expecting someone to only spend what they can afford.

Sorry douchers but I am on a family plan and as a family with 5 iphones some of my family members are slow on their bill payment. Im not asking your financial advice obviously I would pay it if I could.
