Can Apple sell to you a phone at the early upgrade pricing? $399 and $499?

If you're an AT&T customer, but aren't eligible for a discount upgrade, they say they offer a 2 year contract pricing at $399 and $499.

Can you do that at an Apple Store, or do you have to go to AT&T?

yes you can get the $399/$499 price at the apple store. They look at your AT&T account and if your not eligible they will make you pay the higher price

Thank goodness. This means when say a 32 GB comes out we'll be able to get it. I was nervous we couldn't.
