Can apps be transfered from V1 iphone to 3G?

Right now I have a v1 iphone with about $50 worth of apps. But most importantly, I have my copy of netshare. If I buy a 3G iphone, which I plan to do at some point, will I be able to transfer these apps to the new phone?
