Apps Can Apps use the AW Speaker? (looking for apps for musicians)

I've had my watch for about a month now & looking for apps to use to get more out of it.

I'm a singer, so I'm looking for a pitch pipe kind of app that can play pitches from the watch, but it looks to me like the only real use for the watch speaker is making calls and getting notification pings.

Is this true? Are there any apps that actually use the AW speaker?
