Can AT&T world phone roam on Verizon network?

Anyone know if AT&T and Verizon have any sort of deal that would allow the AT&T phone to work/roam on the Verizon network?

My work has Verizon repeaters in their building, and I often get a poor AT&T signal here. I am wondering if the new AT&T 4s will be able to use these towers at all, since it should have the antennas to see them. Anyone have any experience with world phones and this situation?

CDMA and GSM don't mix, its called a world phone because pretty much every country uses GSM, so you can roam onto other networks GSM signals.
